Managing director
Zeya has over 15 years of experience and is a Chartered Accountant & GST/VAT professional. He began his career at Deloitte and gained a comprehensive understanding of corporate finance, taxation, reporting and budgeting, treasury, cash management, financial drivers, risk management, and corporate governance. He has a strong background in auditing, internal control, corporate compliance, management reporting, financial analysis, treasury management, and process change management. He has also provided tax and advisory services such as due diligence reviews, feasibility studies, valuations, and financial and operational consulting assignments. He is proficient in IFRS convergence.

Syed is a seasoned professional with more than three decades of experience in various industries and markets. He has spent most of his career in the Middle East region, where he has gained valuable insights and expertise in different sectors. He began his journey with Tata Group, one of India's largest and most respected conglomerates, and has since then worked on various consulting projects involving corporate finance, organizational restructuring, feasibility studies, M&A assignments, due diligence, business valuations, and system development and implementation.
Some of the industries that Syed has worked with include pharma, FMEG, FMCG, retail, fashion, perfume & cosmetics, construction, and logistics. He has a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions and results to his clients and stakeholders.

Meraj is also skilled in business planning and management strategy, management reporting, internal controls, compliance, claims, and litigation. He has led and executed many projects worth thousands of dollars with his excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
